Refund Policy

This policy explains when JBPK Enterprise gives refunds and how cancellations work. It summarises sections 3, 5 and 10 of our Terms of Service. If anything here differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.

When you can get a refund

  • Late first draft: if we do not deliver the first draft within 14 working days after receiving your complete information, you can ask for a full refund of the setup fee or first payment.
  • Duplicate or wrong charge: if you are charged twice or charged an amount that does not match your plan, we refund the difference in full.

When fees are not refundable

  • Once the first draft has been delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable.
  • Monthly fees are non-refundable for a month that has started.
  • Third-party fees you pay directly to other companies (for example Google Workspace licences, e-commerce platform fees, payment gateway fees, advertising spend) are refunded only under those companies’ own policies.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Email contact@jbpk.com.my with your business name, the payment date and amount, and the reason.
  2. We reply in writing within 1 working day and confirm whether the refund is approved.
  3. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (the same card or bank account) within 14 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellation

  • Both payment options have a minimum term of 12 months, counted from your first payment (12 monthly payments). The plan ends after 12 months unless you renew; before the 12th month ends, we contact you in writing to confirm whether you want to continue and at what price.
  • If you do not renew, the plan ends at the end of the term and no further charges are made.
  • If you end the plan before 12 months, the service stops and your licence to use the website design and code ends. You can keep the website by paying the remaining monthly fees of the 12-month term. We will not take legal action to recover fees for months in which no service was provided.
